• Applicable Spanish and EU consumer legislation

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

By placing an order, the customer declares:

• To be at least 18 years old.

• To have legal capacity to contract.

• That the information provided is accurate.

Before completing payment, the customer will be informed of:

• Total price including taxes

• Payment methods

• Technical requirements

• Express waiver of withdrawal right (Section 5)

The contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – DIGITAL CONTENT

In accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once:

• Performance has begun.

• The consumer has given prior express consent.

• The consumer has acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal.

Before payment, the customer expressly accepts:

✔ Immediate access to digital content
✔ Automatic loss of the 14-day withdrawal right

Once download access has been provided:

No refunds will be issued.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF DIGITAL CONTENT

Digital products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU law.

THE PUBLISHER guarantees that digital content:

• Matches its description

• Is accessible and downloadable

• Functions as described

In case of lack of conformity, the consumer may request:

• Correction

• Replacement

• Price reduction

• Contract termination where legally applicable

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All content is protected by intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to:

Authorized Educational Resale Exception

Schools, educational institutions, and publishing houses are permitted to resell the digital products under the following strict condition:

• Each child or student must have an individual licensed copy (one ebook per student).

Mass sharing of a single file among multiple students is strictly prohibited.

THE PUBLISHER reserves the right to request proof of compliance.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE PUBLISHER shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect data provided by the customer

• Device incompatibility not previously declared

• Internet service interruptions beyond its control

• Improper use of digital content

Liability is limited to the amount effectively paid.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

In disputes involving consumers, jurisdiction shall correspond to Valencia courts unless mandatory law.
